Exports directly to many popular payroll formats, including QuickBooks, eliminating the need for manual calculation of time cards and making payroll preparation faster and more error-free. Numerous reports allow you to track your payroll dollars and manage your workforce. Password protection and battery backup insure your valuable time and attendance data is safe and secure. Signal control for up to 24 signals per day. Let your employees know when they need to be at their work areas. (Signal device sold separately.) Employee hours are displayed at each punch. The employee can see the number of hours he or she has worked, which may reduce employee phone calls to administrators.
